Rhonda Fekete is the founder of Career Pointe Consulting and brings more than 15 years of professional coaching experience and nearly four decades of leadership experience to her work. Her background dates back to her first leadership role in 1988, and over the years she has guided individuals and teams through growth, transition, and meaningful change. She focuses on helping professionals navigate career decisions with clarity, strengthen their leadership abilities, and move forward with confidence.
Background
Rhonda’s career began in finance, where she spent ten years as a financial controller in the benefits consulting division of PwC. That experience shaped her analytical approach, her ability to understand complex business environments, and her skill in helping people navigate high-pressure decisions. After a decade in finance, she made a significant career pivot into full-time human resources and administrative leadership. She also spent nearly a decade with Nationwide Financial, a Fortune 100 financial services organization, where she served as a Sales Leadership & Development Consultant and internal coach, helping certify leaders as Business Coaches and Master Business Coaches. This experience deepened her expertise in performance coaching and leader development across complex, high-accountability environments.
Over the years, Rhonda has earned several advanced coaching credentials, including recognition as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, along with specialized certifications in leadership development and retirement coaching. She integrates a wide range of assessment tools into her work, including the Birkman Method, DISC behavioral styles, 360 leadership surveys such as the Benchmark Suite, and the Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) used in team coaching engagements. These tools allow her to help clients understand their strengths, communication styles, and development areas with clarity and depth, supporting both individual and organizational growth.
Her experience spans a wide range of clients. She has coached senior executives, emerging leaders, small business owners, professionals in transition, and individuals exploring new career directions. Her approach blends proven coaching methods with a grounded, real world understanding of how people work, learn, and evolve.
